STAY DRY DOCK OR MARINA

(Minimum contract for 6 months with one month’s deposit and one month's rent in advance).

The price per foot varies if your stay is temporary or permanent.
The month´s deposit is a security deposit that is returned when the minimum 6 months contract is terminated and administrations clears no debt to the marina.

The price per foot varies if your boat requires connecting to an electrical outlet.
The monthly rent includes the use of water and ramp.
The monthly rate for trailers is calculated by size in feet.
The monthly rent for a dry dock includes the rent for a trailer and a dock space when required, although the dock in water is not fixed or permanent.
The price for jet skis is calculated according to the type of stay, whether it is for dry dock or ramp.

Note: all boats with a contract the payment days will be adjusted to be on the 1rst of each month, therefore the first month’s rent will be charged complete. On the second month of the contract, the remaining days will be adjusted according to the firsts month’s rent however after the third month, all months will be invoiced on the 1srt of the month.
